Two years ago we created Mack.ASIST – an industry leading software program that provides participating dealers with a fast, professional tool for writing estimates. We invested in this tool so that we could improve our customer satisfaction and JD Power results – as you know, over 60% of the JD Power Customer Service Satisfaction score is tied to the service initiation process.

Today, as part of Volvo's ongoing commitment to provide our customers with superior customer service, we have made substantial improvements to the Mack.ASIST web based service estimating and write-up platform.

We now have a Volvo version supporting Volvo truck models. The Mack and Volvo versions will be combined and renamed MVASIST. Based on appropriate dealer codes for a service location, MVASIST will support Mack trucks, Volvo trucks or both – for the same monthly fee.

Other enhancements are based on dealer and customer feedback and incorporate new Mack and Volvo initiatives like Body Shop, QuickCare, integration into MVPreferred for fleet specific pricing and MVASIST/Fleet which incorporates fleet specific operations, inspections and contact information for a consistent, customized service process.

MVASIST/Fleet: And finally, we believe so strongly in this service tool that Mack and Volvo have purchased the right to provide the MVASIST/Fleet version (limited to preloaded Mack and Volvo fleet vehicles) for every Mack and Volvo service location in North America. Your commitment is merely to incorporate MVASIST/Fleet into your daily routine, train your service advisors and build estimates. Between now and the end of the year we will load many of our largest fleet customers into the MVASIST/Fleet tool – complete with their profiles.

By using MVASIST/Fleet you will be providing our customers with a revolutionary new level of service and professionalism. From Tampa, FL to Vancouver, BC, we will be providing a consistent, professional and fleet specific service experience.

MVASIST/Pro: For dealers who want to join the ranks of Bruckner, Charlotte, Transource, Steele and others and who want to provide ALL of their customers with a consistent, professional process, you can upgrade to a full use version of MVASIST for a deeply discount monthly fee of $250 / month for your first location, $150/month for each subsequent dealer group location. This is a deeply discounted monthly fee due to Mack and Volvo’s co-investment, saving service locations up to 60% of the original monthly fee.
